Project: 10 Madison Square Park West
Revitalized the historic International Toy Center in the Flatiron District, Manhattan into 125 units spanning 23 stories and 345,400 SQ FT.
Duties:
• Created Fire Protection Plans (FPP) which were prepared to be filed with the DOB and certified.
• Worked on detail drawings that were received from either construction contractors or vendors that needed to be reflected in the latest updated set of plans for filing purposes.
